Integrative Healing for Mind, Body + Spirit with Flo
At Acuflo Therapy, your wellness journey begins with a welcoming, client-centred experience rooted in ancient wisdom and modern integrative care. Our Squamish acupuncture clinic offers a range of healing therapies designed to restore balance, reduce stress, and support your body's natural ability to achieve optimal health, mind, body, and spirit.
Acupuncture is an ancient form of healing developed over 2,000 years ago in China as a cornerstone of traditional Chinese medicine. This science focuses on rebalancing the body's energy, known as Qi (tchi) , using fine needles placed at specific locations along the body's meridian pathways. By working with the root causes of illness rather than just managing symptoms, acupuncture sessions support the body's ability to heal from the inside out.
Our registered acupuncturist, Flo, is trained through an accredited college and brings care and attention to every treatment. Whether you're seeking relief from chronic pain management, navigating women's health concerns, or simply looking to relax and restore your sense of vitality, acupuncture offers profound benefits for your current health and long-term well-being.
Acupuncture is recognized across British Columbia and beyond for its ability to improve circulation, reduce inflammation, calm the nervous system, and support immune function. It is effective for a wide range of conditions, including:

Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) is an integrative system of care in which practitioners use various psychological, physical, and herbal approaches to address health problems at their root causes. TCM practitioners seek to restore a dynamic balance between the two complementary forces of yin (passive) and yang (active). According to TCM, a person experiences optimal health and well-being when harmony exists between these forces, and disease arises when that equilibrium breaks down.
TCM therapies, including herbal medicine, acupuncture, tui Na Massage, cupping, gua sha and dietary recommendations, offer clients a powerful branch of healing that works alongside modern treatments to support immune function, reduce stress, improve circulation, and promote vitality.
