What Is Occupational Therapy?
Occupational therapy supports people in participating fully in the daily tasks and activities that matter most to them. Rather than focusing on symptoms alone, OT looks at the full picture of your health, your body, your emotional well-being, and the real-life challenges that affect your independence and quality of life.
For adults, older adults, and teenagers alike, occupational therapy services can make a meaningful difference when illness, injury, or mental health issues affect your ability to accomplish what you need and want to do each day.
OT is a regulated health profession recognized across Canada, and sessions at Acuflo Therapy may be covered under many extended health benefit plans.

Our OT services are available for adults and teenagers throughout Squamish and the Sea to Sky corridor. Physiotherapy primarily focuses on physical rehabilitation, including recovery of strength, mobility, and movement.
